Welcome to the Myanmar Sustainable Tour Operator Network (MSTON)
About us
MSTON was established in 2017 by Myanmar tour operators that were awarded with the Travelife Partner and Travelife Certified status by Travelife for Tour operators. MSTON unites the in sustainability leading tour operators. Its members have integrated sustainability practices into their offices and within their tourism supply chain and are recognised for that by Travelife.
Tour operators in the network share best practices, raise awareness and undertake joint initiatives and projects to create a more sustainable Myanmar travel sector.
MSTON members will also set common standards for the Travelife Partner Myanmar minimum requirements in coordinating with the different Myanmar stakeholders having an interest in supporting the sustainability of the Myanmar travel sector.

Joining MSTON
Full membership of MSTON is eligible for all Myanmar Travelife Partner and Travelife Certified companies. Companies who are Travelife Engaged will become associated member of MSTON. As an associated member you benefit from all training and exchange activities, but you will not yet have voting rights. Travelife for Tour operators
Travelife is a fair and affordable system which helps tour operators and travel agencies to manage and improve social and environmental impacts by complying with sustainability criteria. Ultimately, when a company meets the requirements, it will receive a Travelife award.
